Massage during pregnancy moves excess fluid, tension and pain from the body and brings calm to the mind. You'll be bolstered and draped securely, cozily and comfortably while your therapist tends to your areas of focus.

Reiki is an energy healing practice involving light physical touch that helps reset the nervous system to support healing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. This session will leave you refreshed, grounded and more aligned. You may remain clothed for this treatment.
